Guidelines for Proffered Paper Presentation

Presentation should be made on MS-powerpoint using windows or Mac platforms and saved on USB drives.

  1. All PowerPoint presentations must be uploaded 2 hours prior to the session with USB drives. Use of personal laptops will not be allowed.

  2. The first slide of the presentation should clearly convey the title of presentation along with the presenter / institution information.

  3. The second slide of the presentation should clearly mention/disclose any potential conflicts of interests (related to any commercial or financial collaboration with the industry). If there is nothing to disclose, it should be clearly mentioned.

  4. The third slide of presentation should clearly mention any previous publications or presentations, partly or completely based on author’s same work. If there is nothing to disclose, it should be mentioned.

  5. Appropriate care should be taken to use your own images/figures. Images or text from any other sources should be done with proper permissions only and should be duly acknowledged.
  6. The radiological images should be properly cropped and should not convey actual patient information.

  7. The presentations time should not exceed8mins and 2minsfor discussion.

  8. The presentations will be conducted by the Chairpersons whose decision will be final.

  9. All Presenters are requested to be well on time for the Presentation in their assigned hall and time. Please confirm the same from website.

  10.  Please make sure to collect your Certificate from the chairperson after the session from your assigned hall.
